VW (VAG) Stage 2 Tuning

Take your Volkswagen further with the ANTZ Tuning Stage 2 ECU remap. Where Stage 1 works with completely stock hardware, Stage 2 is calibrated around your supporting mods freeing up the exhaust and intake side so the turbo can breathe properly and hold more boost through the rev range.

Every file is written and refined in-house using state of the art tools, then dyno-tested and street-proven. Stage 2 is the natural next step once you’ve got the hardware on the car more midrange, more top end, and most importantly more torque where you actually feel the power.

Hardware requirements

Stage 2 requires supporting hardware. At an absolute minimum you’ll need a downpipe, and in most cases a cold air intake as well. Depending on your platform and power target we may also recommend a larger intercooler and a full turbo-back exhaust.

Power gains

Stage 2 typically delivers 1525% more outright power over stock, and generally more again for torque. Exactly where you land depends on the hardware you’re running a downpipe alone will put you at the lower end, while a full intake, intercooler and exhaust combination will take you toward the top of the range. Your engine’s health and condition will affect these figures.

Safety

ANTZ Performance only offers custom ECU tuning, we do not flash tune or use off the shelf tunes. All our tunes are calibrated to your car and we run the car on the dyno as many times as it takes until we are satisfied with no maximum amount of runs. To ensure maximum engine safety at all power levels, ANTZ follows a self-imposed safety system that adheres to OEM protocols for air/fuel ratio and fuelling trims. This keeps your car running as closely as possible to how it was designed to run from the factory, even at boosted power levels ensuring all our tunes are as safe as possible.

Warranty

We offer a one-month warranty on the tune to allow any mechanical components to settle in. After this period a retune fee may apply, as mechanical parts such as springs can stretch or settle over time and alter the tune’s parameters. All tunes are subject to our T&Cs on this website.
