ORC Metal Clutch Series

The ORC Metal Clutch Series is engineered for demanding high-performance environments where durability, torque capacity, and rapid engagement are critical. Developed through extensive motorsport experience, this series is trusted by drivers competing in circuit racing, drifting, drag racing, and high-powered street applications.

Constructed with high-strength metallic friction materials, the Metal Clutch Series offers exceptional resistance against heat, wear, and extreme stress, ensuring stable and reliable performance even under aggressive driving conditions. Designed to handle substantial torque loads, it is ideally suited for high-horsepower engine setups requiring uncompromising clutch performance.

Its sharp and responsive engagement characteristics allow for fast, precise gear changes, while improved power transfer enhances acceleration, throttle response, and overall drivetrain efficiency. The firm and direct pedal feel provides increased driver feedback and control, an essential trait for competitive motorsport driving where precision matters.

To support a wide range of vehicle builds and performance goals, the ORC Metal Clutch Series is available in various configurations, including:

• Single Plate
• Twin Plate
• Triple Plate

Each setup is tailored to accommodate different power levels, driving styles, and racing disciplines, allowing drivers to select the ideal balance between response, drivability, and torque capacity.

Featuring lightweight construction, reduced rotational inertia, and advanced engineering materials, the ORC Metal Clutch Series transforms the vehicles driving character into a more connected and performance-focused machine.

While optimized for motorsport and aggressive performance use, the clutchs direct and aggressive engagement nature may be less suited for casual daily driving applications.

Built for drivers who demand maximum connection between machine and driver, the ORC Metal Clutch Series delivers the performance and confidence needed to perform at the highest level.
